The service

Toledo-Towing.com is not a towing company and does not own tow trucks. We connect drivers with independent towing and roadside providers who serve the Toledo area. Rates, arrival times and payment terms are set by the provider who takes the job, so confirm them before work begins.

Sending a request or calling does not guarantee that a provider will be available, or that help will arrive by a particular time. The provider who accepts the job is responsible for the work, its price and its payment terms. Agree on the price before work begins.

Your agreement is with the provider

Any service agreement, payment, damage claim or dispute about a tow or roadside job is between you and the provider who performs it. Ask the provider for an itemized invoice.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt, a vehicle is blocking traffic, or you feel unsafe, call 911. On the Ohio Turnpike, call #677.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, someone else's contact details without their permission, or automated submissions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Toledo-Towing Inc is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
