Privacy notice
Last updated November 4, 2026
This notice explains what Toledo-Towing.com collects, why, and who receives it. It applies to this website, the phone number shown on it, and the request form.
What we collect
- Request form: your name, phone number, the vehicle's location, the destination, the vehicle's year, make and model, the service you need, how soon you need it, and any notes you add. If you tap "Use my location" and your browser asks and you allow it, the form also sends your GPS coordinates.
- Calls: calls to the number on this site are answered by an automated phone assistant. Our phone software keeps the calling number, time and duration, the details you give, and a recording, transcript or summary of the call.
- Visit information: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or a Google or Microsoft ad click ID).
- Analytics: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records pages viewed and actions such as tapping the phone number or sending the form. It uses cookies.
How it is used and shared
We use your request to get you the help you asked for. It is sent to the towing or roadside provider that handles requests from this site, and to the system we use to track requests. The provider uses your phone number to call or text you about this request. We do not sell your information and do not send marketing messages.
Companies that run the site for us receive information only to provide those services: website hosting, form and customer-record software, call tracking and analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve any problem and keep basic business records.
Your choices
- You can call instead of using the form.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@toledo-towing.com. We will need to confirm your request using the phone number you gave us.
Children
This site is meant for drivers and is not directed to children under 13.
Who we are
Toledo-Towing.com is not a towing company and does not own tow trucks. We connect drivers with independent towing and roadside providers who serve the Toledo area. Rates, arrival times and payment terms are set by the provider who takes the job, so confirm them before work begins.
Toledo-Towing.com is operated by Toledo-Towing Inc.
