Before you send

• In a travel lane, or anyone hurt? Call 911 first.
• On the Ohio Turnpike? Call #677. The Turnpike dispatches its own authorized towing.
• Give a location a driver can find: street address, or highway, direction and the nearest exit or mile marker.
• Mention anything unusual: AWD or 4x4, electric, lowered, no keys, won't roll, parking garage.
